Primary care physician in Bartlett

Everyone was very nice and the PA that I saw was very thorough. It is a great place to be seen in a timely fashion when you cannot get in to see your PCP on short notice!

My visit to Onpointe each and every time has been on point. The staff are respectful and welcoming and Paula Sayson who is my PCP is very knowledgeable and I truly trust her with my care. Dr. Bah has taken care of my mom - in - law for a couple of years and thank god for him she has been healthier than her kids lol. If you have concerns speak to the new manager in charge and she will sort it out - shuria.

My experience was great!! This was my first time going there. We (my husband and I) were so pleased with how friendly and helpful everyone was. I asked many questions to front nurse, the nurse that did the blood work, and the nurse practitioner. They were each very nice and gave all the time and attention i needed. This is a definite yes if you are interested in a new Dr's office.

This was my second visit to on pointe care made Dr Bah my PCP so far so good such a wonderful experience such professional talk with Bah about my issues seems I might be on the way to being able to walk again and shots out to my intern nakeisha she was and helpful and my ma shandrika was a gem also and of of course Dr Bah explained to me what was happening and how were going to proceed I appreciate that from him and his staff thank every single one of them 🙏 🙏

Man they got me in and out. I got what I needed. People were fabulously nice. They offer a ton more services than I thought they did. Gel injections for your knees? My wife's been going to an orthopedic for that. And apparently they have this really cool monthly subscription service which is a ton cheaper than insurance for primary Care visits..... I'm going to look into it for my daughter who's killing me with her insurance prices

NP Charity, Linda, Theresa, the entire staff, have been so wonderful each time I come in. I have made Onpointe my primary and no regrets.
